Our Platinum Service Provides:
- Free confidential phone consultation with Calvin Knickerbocker, Immigration Attorney. He will work with you and advise you each step of the way.
- Full document preparation.
- Assistance in assembling personal information and documentation required for the filing of the initial USCIS forms (Forms G-325A & I-130).
- Assistance in preparing special documents needed to establish a valid relationship.
- Embassy and interview support until visa is issued. This includes preparation of additional forms and documents required by the embassy or consulate such as forms DS-156, DS-156K, DS-157, DS-230 Part 1 and DS-230 Part 2.
- Preparation of the required financial affidavit (Form I-864) and supporting documents.
- Consultation with spouse, as required, and preparation for the interview.
- Assistance with required translations.
Note: AmeriLawGroup now files all marriage visas as a CR-1 visa which includes the automatic issuance of a green card shortly after arrival of the spouse in the United States. This saves our clients approximately $2000 in costs and fees! As of 2-1-2010 the USCIS converts all K-3 visas filed into CR-1 visas.
